Vermentino "Acquacheta" IGT 2022 - Azienda Agricola Colle Petruccio.: Frutta e fiori estivi. Un vino piacevole e fresco. Raccolta e conservazione delle uve, pressatura a bassa temperatura in atmosfera inerte; fermentazione del mosto fiore a temperatura controllata (max 16°C). Fermentazione malolattica non svolta. Maturazione in acciaio per tre mesi con le fecce fini. Imbottigliamento a partire dal mese di gennaio successivo alla vendemmia.

Notes : Summer fruits and flowers. A pleasant and fresh wine.

Vinification & Aging: Harvest and storage of the grapes, pressing at low temperature in an inert atmosphere; fermentation of the free-run must at a controlled temperature (max 16°C). Malolactic fermentation not carried out. Maturation in steel for three months with the fine lees. Bottling starting from the month of January following the harvest.

Pairings : Excellent with fish and vegetarian dishes. Also perfect as an aperitif wine.
