Notes: Only grapes from organic farming. Important fruity notes on the nose, dominated by berries and cherry. Harmonious, dry and elegant on the palate. Good structure.
Vinification & Aging: aged for 12 months in oak barrels.
We recommend medium aging, between 3 and 5 years.
Pairings: recommended with first courses with meat ragù and porcini mushrooms, grilled meat, game and medium-aged tasty cheeses.
