Notes : Nose of fruit and mineral hints typical of the grape variety. Pleasant on the palate, well-balanced acidity and persistence. Almond finish.
Vinification & Aging: Harvest in mid-September with selection of the grapes. Skin maceration in press and soft pressing of the grapes. Aging for 4-5 months in stainless steel at controlled temperature, followed by 3-4 months in bottle.
Pairings : Excellent aperitif wine, it is also recommended with fish-based dishes and white meats.
