Notes: Scents of the sea, fresh fruit and orange blossom. Convivial and fresh, with a nice mineral note.

Vinification & Aging: The grapes are harvested at different times to give a good balance of acidity and aromas. They arrive in the cellar and immediately undergo soft pressing. The must is separated from the skins and then transferred to steel tanks, where it ferments at a temperature of 10 - 15 degrees. The wine ages in steel for 4 -5 months, left on the noble lees to increase its aromatic complexity and fullness on the palate. After stabilization it is bottled before summer.

Pairings : Perfect to accompany fish and shellfish dishes.
