A Florentine DOC born in 1978, Guido Mori has a degree in chemistry, but decides to take the path of cooking.
He currently holds the position of didactic director of the Master in Culinary Arts and Sciences at the IUL Telematic University, as well as a teacher of scientific cooking at ALMA .
He could be defined as "The kitchen engineer": he deals with research and development of new food products and the structuring of industrial and semi-industrial lines.
His main values: a passion for cooking and wine, so much so that he founded his own agricultural company "I Mori", and respect for the raw materials carefully researched through an extremely scrupulous selection process.

Etrusco Gin was born in the Florentine hills, precisely in Impruneta, the first Etruscan settlement in Tuscany. It is a gin that contains all the botanicals that genuinely represent a generous land rich in history: juniper, black pepper, sage, iris, laurel, pine, dog rose and licorice. Soft, velvety, but at the same time irreverent and decisive, with aromatic notes of pine and black pepper that, in the finish, leave the mouth clean and give extreme elegance.
