Notes: Red wine with very complex and fruity aromas that recall small red fruits and violets. The pyrazines emerge, highlighting the typicality of the grape variety. It is quite full-bodied but fragrant.
Vinification & Aging: Malolactic in steel. Aging for 12 months in steel tanks. Rests six months in bottle before being released for sale.
Pairings : Wine suitable for roasts, beef burgers and medium-aged cheeses. Excellent with truffles.
