Notes: An elegant and full wine, with hints and aromas of berries. On the palate it is harmonious and well structured, the tannins are persistent and at the same time soft.

Vinification & Aging: 62 months of aging, of which at least 18 in 25/50hl French oak barrels. We recommend aging for at least 10 years.

Pairings: first courses based on mushrooms and cheeses, dishes with white Alba truffle, roasts and stews of red meat and game.
