Sparkling Wines

Sparkling wines are wines in which dissolved carbon dioxide is present , which generates an overpressure of at least 3.5 absolute atmospheres inside the bottle .

There are several methods of sparkling wine making used to produce sparkling wines:

• Classic Method
• Martinotti or Charmat Method
• Ancestral Method
