Name : Cirò Rosato DOC

Notes: On the nose it presents floral aromas with hints of fresh fruit and notes of cherry and ripe black cherry. On the palate it presents a pleasant acidity, with persistent fresh sensations. Pleasant final closure of small red fruits.

Vinification & Aging: grapes hand-picked in crates during the second ten days of October. Soft pressing and static clarification; fermentation at controlled temperature (16°-18°). Maturation for 3 months in steel and refinement in bottle for 2 months.

Pairings : Perfect for aperitifs with friends with croutons and vegetables, soft cheeses and fish-based first courses.
