Notes: Fruity notes on the nose that recall lemon, grapefruit and wild bellflower. Great flavor on the palate with well-expressed acidity and a pleasant citrus vein.

Vinification & Aging: grapes hand-picked in crates during the second ten days of September. Soft pressing and static clarification; fermentation at controlled temperature (16°-18°). Maturation for 3 months in steel and refinement in bottle for 2 months.

Pairings : Perfect for aperitifs with friends with croutons and vegetables, soft cheeses and fish-based first courses.
