Name: Colli Euganei Fior d'Arancio DOCG

Notes : Typical, aromatic and intense nose. Dry and persistent on the palate, reminiscent of grapes.

Vinification & Aging: Vineyards on clayey, Euganean marl, calcareous and rich in skeleton soil. From the soft pressing of the grapes a must is obtained, which after fermentation conducted at a controlled temperature with selected yeasts, gives rise to this particularly pleasant and joyful wine.

Pairings: Extremely versatile wine, perfect with risottos, shellfish and crustaceans but also white meats and blue cheeses.
