Name: Organic Chardonnay Wine

Notes : Fragrant and fruity olfactory profile with notes of yellow peach, pineapple and candied lemon peel, accompanied by wisteria, broom and aromatic herbs. The sip is full and enveloping, the flavor is the protagonist together with the right freshness, closing on iodine notes.

Vinification & Aging: Once the harvest is over, the freshly picked grapes are taken to the cellar. Destemming and soft pressing follow. The free-run must thus obtained, after the addition of selected yeasts, is sent to fermentation which takes place at a controlled temperature between 16° and 18°, for approximately 10 days.

Pairings: Risotto with red prawn tartare, burrata cream and candied lemon.
