Champagne Frerejean Frères Rosè Blossom NV Premier Cru
Vintage : ND

Graduation : 12.5%
Origin : France
Temperature : 8-10°

Appellation : Champagne AOC
Notes : Mineral and Fruity. Very flattering on the nose with notes of candied red fruit, blackberries and blackcurrants. The Pinot Noir is expressive, showing its density and minerality, then highlights a firm and silky Chardonnay. On the palate, the Pinot Noir develops a generous and delicious softness. The scents of red fruits intertwine beautifully with the toasted aromas of the Chardonnay. It is a rounded but fruity wine from Champagne, a signature of the rosés of the Côte des Blancs.
Vinification & Aging: Champagne Rosé is a blend of Chardonnay (60%) and Pinot Noir (40%), both from the Côte des Blancs, the first Grand Cru, the second Premier Cru. It undergoes malolactic fermentation and has a very low dosage.
Pairings : An elegant champagne that is perfect to be enjoyed with prawn tartare, oysters, crostini with burrata and Cantabrian anchovies.
