Notes : Fresh nose, with harmonies of crisp white fruit and wild flowers, a light hint of white pepper. The taste is savoury, easy which distinguishes the great drinkability of this wine.

Vinification & Aging: Hand-picked grapes with selection of the bunches. Soft pressing with cooling of the grapes, alcoholic fermentation at 18°C ​​for two weeks. Aging in steel before bottling.

Pairings : Perfect for aperitifs, starters, fried vegetables and linguine with clams.
