Notes : Full and intense nose, with notes of orange blossom and tropical fruits, such as pineapple and banana, with a splash of fresh lime. On the palate it is savory, full with a long finish.

Vinification & Aging: All the grapes come from a single vineyard on the hills of Fiesole. Vinification and fermentation in steel at controlled temperature. Aging in stainless steel vats and subsequent bottling.

Pairings : Excellent for aperitifs with friends, paired with sushi and sashimi, vegetable-based dishes.
