Notes: Intense aroma of raspberry jam, blackberries and plums in alcohol, spiced with pepper, coriander and cinnamon. On the palate it is complex, harmonious, captivating, with incredible roundness and sweet tannins.

Vinification & Aging: grapes from the vineyard of the same name, on the hills of Castelrotto, in the heart of Valpolicella Classica. Aging for 24 months in Slavonian oak barrels, 24 months in barriques and then in the bottle.

Pairings : Perfect with red meats and mature cheeses, even spicy ones.
