Note : Produced locally by the Travallers distillery in Belize, it is a blend of rums aged between 2 and 3 years in ex-bourbon barrels. It undergoes a second ageing in France in ex-Calvados barrels. This allows Château de Breuil to enhance its aromas and soften the structure of the rum.

Pleasant notes of spices and fruit on the nose. Hints of candied fruit and cinnamon on the palate. Dry and well-developed.
