Cachaca

Cachaca is the national spirit of Brazil and is the fundamental ingredient of one of the most requested cocktails in bars all over the world: the caipirinha that in the 80s and 90s literally depopulated. The large production of cachaca or aguardiente de cana in Brazil makes this spirit the third most drunk in the world.
