Notes : Very open nose, with notes of fresh acidic fruit. On the palate the attack is lively, harmonies of fresh red fruit, especially strawberry.
Vinification & Aging: Vines that are between 10 and 20 years old on sandy-clayey soils. Manual harvest and total destemming. Cold maceration for 8 hours. Cold decantation for 24/36 hours. Filtration of the deposited musts and reintroduction of the same. Alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature. Maturation in stainless steel tanks for 6 months.
Pairings: Perfect for aperitifs, barbecues, salads and rustic starters.
