Notes : Structured, rich, full, round and pleasant. Seductive, with notes of almond, vanilla and coconut combined with aromas of cassis. Soft tannins

Vinification & Aging: Vineyards on clay soil, mechanical harvesting, pressing of the grapes with separation and selection of the best stalks. Fermentation at controlled temperature for 12 days at 26-32°. Aging in French oak barrels.

Pairings : Excellent with game dishes, first courses with meat sauces, roast meats.
