Vinification & Aging: Gentle processing and pressing, fermentation at controlled temperature and maturation on the noble lees in stainless steel tanks, no malolactic fermentation.

Recommended pairings: light appetizers, asparagus, wine soup, boiled or grilled fish and as an aperitif.
