Vinification & Aging : A superb vintage and a production of only 6500 bottles. After the hot summer of 2006, the grapes from the old vines were harvested by hand: 13 years in bottle and a very low dosage.

Pairings : Perfect with platters of blue and mature French cheeses, cured meats and cured meats, meat and fish tartare.
