Name: Falanghina del Sannio DOP

Notes: The nose presents a bouquet rich in hints of exotic fruit and floral scents. The taste is fresh and dry, harmonious with a good final persistence.

Vinification & Aging: The grapes are hand-picked and taken to the cellar; destemming and soft pressing follow, using the cryomaceration technique with fermentation in stainless steel for about 20 days at a controlled temperature. A period of aging with batonnage follows.

Pairings : Excellent with appetizers and fish-based first courses, pasta and white meats, grilled fish and vegetables, mozzarella and pizza.
