English-inspired, 400 Conigli Gin stands out for its Italianness, drawing from what the land is rich in, a Mediterranean land made of intense aromas, penetrating colors and inimitable flavors. Distilled in the land of the Venetian plain of Nervesa della Battaglia, 400 Conigli Gin embodies the essence of "Make Your Own Gin" without neglecting the mad study for the balance of the characterizing botanicals. The goal of 400 Conigli gin is to obtain a linear, gentle and particularly characterizing base, but as suitable as possible to enhance its aromatization. Gin 400 Conigli Volume4 Pesca is obtained exclusively from the infusion, in a juniper distillate, of selected peach pulp, without the addition of any essential oil or synthetic flavoring. The filtration is also entirely artisanal: once the decantation is complete, the product obtained is collected “by gravity”, followed by a non-forced rough filtration through cardboard boxes and a subsequent fine filtration without impoverishing the distillate of its most aromatic components.
