Note : “ Panmòllo 1912 ” is a gin made from a single cold maceration of all ingredients except sea water.

Let's start from a base of Italian grain alcohol pure at 96% vol., to which the alcohol content is reduced to 50% vol. by adding spring water. Botanicals will be added to this hydroalcoholic solution which, thanks to the reduced alcohol content, will be able to maintain their maximum organoleptic properties .

All the vegetables they are processed fresh and not dried.
