Malfy Lemon Gin is a one-of-a-kind product and is carefully crafted at every stage of production, from the choice of local botanicals to the vacuum distillation process with a steel still, also called cold distillation, which takes care to work the plants at low temperatures to delicately extract aromas and flavours.
Before bottling, Malfy Lemon Gin is filtered to eliminate any impurities that may remain after distillation and appears crystalline, transparent and inviting once poured into the glass.
