Notes: Aroma that exudes the characteristics of the grape variety, white flowers such as wisteria and fruits, above all apple and pear. Dry taste, but accompanied by a savory structure and an acidic note that gives freshness.

Vinification & Aging: soft pressing and static decantation. First fermentation in steel at controlled temperatures with selected yeasts. Aging in steel and cement tanks from 30 to 180 days. Second fermentation according to the Martinotti method, bottle aging from 30 to 90 days. Sugars: 9-11g/l

Pairings: Excellent choice for aperitifs, but suitable for the whole meal. Ideal as a pairing with light first courses, fish-based dishes and white meats.
