Notes : Medium body, very pleasant in the mouth thanks to the well-matured tannins resulting from careful aging in wooden barrels and stainless steel.

Vinification & Aging: Manual harvest, with rigorous selection and sorting of the best grapes in crates. Fermentation for 3/4 weeks in stainless steel at controlled temperature. Aging for 12 months, in French oak barrels and stainless steel vats.

Pairings: Perfect with red and white meats, grilled meats, poultry, stewed meats, cheeses.
