Notes : The nose is intense, with pleasant fruity sensations of Golden apple and Williams pear that combine with delicate hints of citrus peel. On the palate it is soft, fresh, with a tasty finish and a fruity aftertaste.

Vinification & Aging: The Procanico and Grechetto grapes were harvested separately and transferred to the cellar to be destemmed and softly pressed. The must was cooled to a temperature of 10 °C to promote natural clarification. It then reached the stainless steel tanks where alcoholic fermentation took place at a temperature no higher than 18 °C; the wine was then stored in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 10 °C until bottling.

Pairings : Excellent as an aperitif, to accompany cheeses and fish-based first courses.
