Notes: Ethereal, spicy, with hints of cherry, black cherry and raspberry, currant in alcohol, cocoa and balsamic notes. In the mouth it is warm, full, with great structure, elegant, fine and balanced.
Vinification & Aging: Grapes from the municipality of San Pietro in Cariano, in the heart of Valpolicella Classica. After two more rackings for cleaning, maturation for 18 months, 30% in barriques, 70% in Slavonian oak barrels, subsequent refinement in the bottle
Pairings : Excellent with game and venison, roasts and hard and very mature cheeses.
