Notes : The nose blends aromas of fruit (peach and pear) and white flowers (acacia and honeysuckle). The full and fleshy mouth is balanced by an elegant freshness.
Vinification & Aging: Clayey-calcareous soils, excellent for vines that find adequate humidity. Selected harvest, scrupulous vinification of the essences from the press and blend of juices. Aging in vats at controlled temperature for 12 months.
Pairings : Equally expressive before and during the meal, it has a predilection for chicken, fried food, goat cheese salad.
