Note : Its intense and fruity aroma, with hints of bread crust, and its full, but at the same time gentle and fresh taste.

Vinification & Aging: The must is obtained by soft pressing of the grapes and is then collected in steel tanks, where the first alcoholic fermentation takes place, controlled by low temperatures (15-16°C) to enhance the aromas and finesse of the wine. Saten de Le Cantorie is obtained through the meticulous blending of wines stored both in steel tanks (90%) and in small oak barrels (10%) for a maximum of 3 months.

Pairings: Suitable as an aperitif and for pairing with meals.
