Notes : Intense ruby ​​red. On the nose it presents balsamic notes and toasted coffee. On the palate it has notes of undergrowth and a soft and velvety tannin.

Vinification & Aging : vinification in steel, fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Aging for 12 months in 50% new barriques and 50% in used barriques, followed by 5 months of bottle aging.

Pairings: It goes well with meat dishes, including important roasts, cured meats and medium-aged cheeses.
