Note : This vintage champagne is a single-varietal cuvée from the Grands Crus terroirs of Avize, Chouilly and Cramant. Fine, elegant and complex on both the palate and nose.

Vinification & Aging : 100% Chardonnay, first fermentation in steel and stay on the lees for a minimum of 36 months. Vinification with malolactic fermentation. After disgorging, it is topped up with the same reserve wine. It is then rested in the bottle.

Pairings : great structure, it perfectly accompanies fish appetizers, sushi and sashimi.
