Notes: Hints of ripe red fruits, black cherry dominates. The taste is medium-bodied with excellent drinkability, velvety and perfectly balanced tannins.

Vinification & Aging : hand-picked grapes, vinified in contact with the skins in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28-30 °C. Once the alcoholic fermentation is complete, the malolactic fermentation begins. Aging in steel.

Pairings: Perfect for family lunches with spicy first courses such as amatriciana, lasagna and second courses based on roast meat.
