Name: Limoux AOP

Notes : Nose of flowers and white fruit, with a distinct hint of apricot. The rest is a perfect union between hints of butter and freshness, with hints of lemon. Refined.

Vinification & Aging: Vineyards facing east with the influence of the Atlantic Ocean. Classic method with alcoholic fermentation performed. The second fermentation is in the bottle with the addition of liqueur de tirage, which gives this blanquette its character. Aging minimum of 12 months.

Pairings: Lobster, raw seafood, oysters. Perfect as an aperitif.
