Diluted with infused fruit herbal teas to obtain a unique and intense flavour and to extract the active ingredients both through alcoholic infusion and through maceration in hot water.

Its characteristic is given by the warm and enveloping taste of carob, considered in pastry making a substitute for cocoa.
