Note : An unusual rum, coming from the land of the Rising Sun. Ryoma is in fact produced with local sugar cane from the Japanese archipelago. Aged in American and French oak barrels for a period of between 12 and 18 months.

On the nose it is floral and spicy, with hints of flowers and star anise. On the palate it is best expressed with a pleasant and delicate taste, hints of ginger. To be paired with spoon desserts and chocolate.
