In this magnificent setting, experience and secrets are passed down from generation to generation in perfect balance over time. Officially founded in 1880, the Filliers distillery is located in Belgium, in the town of Bachte-Maria-Leerne. The Filliers family has been producing Genever, the “father” of gin, since the 19th century. But, as great master distillers as they are, they have decided to produce a whisky that will amaze your palate. A creation of Master Distiller Pedro Saez del Burgo, who honors his Hispanic roots. It is characterized by the presence of mandarins and oranges among the botanicals, grown under the sun of the Valencia coast, which give pronounced citrus scents and a very pleasant drink. Distilled in small copper stills, it is a seasonal product. Interesting when mixed, amazing when drunk straight.
