Notes: Typical slightly spicy aroma with notes of black pepper, coffee and chocolate. On the palate it is slightly tannic and of great structure.

Vinification & Aging: Malolactic in steel; 12 months in steel for 70% and 30% in 25 hl oak barrels; assembled for 6 months in the bottle.

Pairings : The wine is recommended with dishes with a strong flavour, excellent with wild boar stew and game. Try with well-seasoned salami.
