The maison is managed by theOuriet-Pâture familysince 1958 and produces champagne following the ancient traditions of the territory, in full respect of the land and nature. The maison's vineyards extend over 15 hectares, of which 98% in the municipality ofAmbonnayand 2% in the commune ofBouzy, both among the only 17 communes in Champagne classifiedas 100% Grands Cru.of their territory. Each champagne has its own distinctive characteristics, but they all share great elegance, a pleasant minerality and a long aromatic persistence.
