Name: Champagne AOC

Notes : The first nose reveals a beautiful fresh fruitiness. Left to breathe, the maturity of the wine is expressed with notes of candied fruit. In the finish, a touch of Nemours poppy. On the palate it is round and soft with a very good balance. On the palate the fruitiness perceived on the nose is confirmed. Some aromas of pink grapefruit and orange peel. A soft finish with a good length.

Vinification & Aging : Vinification in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats. Minimum aging of 3 years in the cellar. Dosage: 8g/l

Pairings : Perfect with aperitifs, fresh salmon and desserts with red fruits.
