Notes : This pure Pinot Noir is the reflection of the terroir and the know-how of the maison. The nose is subtle, mixing aromas of citrus and white flowers. The mouth remains complex and persistent, with a finish of fine and delicate aromas of yellow fruits. Expression of the purity of non-dosed champagne.

Vinification & Aging : Aging in the cellar for 7 years. 20% of the wine comes from the perpetual reserve solera. Dosage: 0.5g/l

Pairings : Excellent as an aperitif, it expresses its best when paired with seafood and cheeses.
