Notes: Very long aromas of pear blossoms, aromas of whites, honey. Delicately almondy. Great depth and balanced flavor on the palate.

Vinification & Aging: Cold pre-fermentative skin maceration. Soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature. Partial malolactic fermentation. Aging 6 months in barriques and subsequent rest in bottle.

Pairings: perfect with raw seafood.
