Notes : aromas of ripe yellow fruit and bouquet of flowers. The taste is strongly mineral, savoury and elegant.
Vinification & Aging: harvested manually, with careful selection of the best bunches. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, as well as maturation for 6 months on the fine lees, resuspended weekly through the practice of batonnage.
Pairings : Perfect with sushi, seafood appetizers, stewed white meats.
