Note : A wine with a strong structure and a full and captivating flavour given by the pure Pinot Noir grapes.

Vinification & Aging: the grapes are harvested by hand in small crates of maximum 17kg and immediately taken to the cellar. Subsequently, the must obtained is left in contact with its skins for about 68 hours, to extract the rosé color. After about eight months from the harvest, the wine is bottled with the addition of selected yeasts and left to age for about 24/30 months.

Pairings: It pairs perfectly with both meat and fish dishes, especially shellfish.
