Notes: The nose opens with a fine and elegant bouquet with notes of small flowers, magnolia and then red fruit such as strawberry and raspberry. The taste is dry and fresh, excellent flavor and soft and balanced tannins on the finish.

Vinification & Aging : 100% Sangiovese grapes hand-picked into crates and immediately pressed, the must ferments at a controlled temperature.

Pairings: ideal with appetizers and raw fish, pizza, fresh cheeses, also accompanies vegetable-based dishes and white meats.
