Notes : Intense nose dominated by notes of yellow fruit: pineapple, apricot, peach. The mouth, full and pearly, is fresh with aromas of citrus and yellow fruits.

Vinification & Aging: Bordeaux white with 70% Sauvignon, 20% Semillon and 10% Muscadelle grapes. 25 year old vines mechanically harvested on south-facing, clayey and sandy soil.

Pairings : Excellent for important pairings with blue cheeses, gorgonzola, spaghetti with clams.
