Notes : Hints of croissant and custard, apricot jam and broom. Sweet but elegant taste, very fresh and soft. Sweet and persistent finish with a citrusy orange finish.

Vinification & Aging: Sweet white with a botrytis from Bergerac, 95% Semillon and 5% Muscadelle. Clay soil for 20-year-old vines, mechanical harvest. Selected yeasts and induced fermentation.

Pairings : For meditation, excellent after a meal.
