and seamless finishing.

Vinification & Aging: the grapes are hand-picked and taken to the cellar where they are destemmed. Soft pressing at a controlled temperature. Fermentation in stainless steel to preserve all the aromas.

Pairings : Excellent pairing for essential cuisine, not too seasoned. Shellfish, lobster and oysters are the perfect allies. Also excellent with poultry accompanied by seasonal vegetables.
